The Dealer
Dealers are required to keep the wheel moving at all times, even between spins. They spin the ball in the opposite direction of the wheel, and they reverse the wheel direction with every subsequent spin. The dealer marks the winning number with a ‘dolly’. Bets may not be placed around the winning number for the next spin until the dealer removes the ‘dolly’ from the layout.

Playing Tips

If the number you want to bet is already covered with chips, don’t worry. It is permissible to stack your chips on top of another player’s chips. Your bets are defined by your colour which is unique to you, so bets do not get confused between different players. The dealer will alert to to the time when bets may no longer be placed just prior to the ball dropping into the numbers.
